We are seeking a talented Java Backend Developer to join our global Cash Management Technology team. In this role, you will focus on developing real-time cash and position management applications that are vital for supporting front-office trading, portfolio risk management, and middle office operations. You will collaborate closely with the cash desk to gather business requirements and devise both tactical and strategic solutions to enhance current workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 175,000.00 - $ 240,000.00
